Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has issued a circular on Ease of Doing Investment–Special window for Re-lodgment of Transfer Requests of Physical shares. SEBI has notified a Special Window for shareholders to re-lodge physical share transfer applications that were submitted on or before April 1, 2019, but were subsequently rejected/ returned due to deficiencies in documents or processes.

This facility is available from July 7, 2025 till January 6, 2026.
