Thiru. Salee S Nair

Thiru. Salee S Nair a post graduate in Applied Electronics, started his banking career in the year 1987. He joined India’s largest Public sector Bank, State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer.

In a career span of more than 35 years, he has handled various assignments, mostly in the Corporate A/c Group, handling large Corporates. He also had two assignments in the International Banking group of SBI, first at New York, USA and later heading the Australian Operations based at Sydney. He has also had a retail stint managing the branches of Rajasthan & Western Uttar Pradesh for the bank and was involved in the merging of State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur with SBI.

He has extensive experience in managing stressed assets. He took over as Chief General Manager in the Stressed Asset Vertical of the Bank in July 2017, where he was engaged in resolving NPA through the restructuring / IBC /Compromise/ ARC Sale route. Subsequently, in April 2020, he took over the Stressed Assets Resolution Group as the Dy. Managing Director, a position he held until September 2021. In his term in the Stressed Assets Resolution Group of SBI, he oversaw the reduction of peak NPA of 10.96% to 4.90%.

Subsequently, he took over as Dy. Managing Director in charge of SME, Agriculture & Financial inclusion vertical from September 2021 to July 2022. His last assignment was as Dy. Managing Director & Chief Credit Officer of SBI, till May 2024 and was responsible for managing the credit portfolio.

Thiru. Vincent Menachery Devassy

Thiru. Vincent Menachery Devassy possesses Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Law, Diploma in Management and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.

He is a Career Banker with in-depth operational experience in Commercial Banking. He started his banking career with State Bank of India in the year 1984 and has more than 39 years’ experience in Commercial Banking.

He possesses varied experience and deep knowledge in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Banking Technology, Compliance and Risk Management functions and International Banking.

He had successfully held various critical assignments in State Bank of India, prominent among them include Chief General Manager, North East Circle, Chief General Manager, Anytime Channels, General Manager, Amaravati Circle, General Manager, Bangalore Circle, Deputy General Manager, SBI Wealth and Vice President (PER &ADMN), SBI New York.

Thiru A.Niranjan Sankar

A leading businessman with close to 22 years of General Management experience in many SSI / Large Scale Industries. He is an Executive Director of M/s Pioneer Jellice India Private Limited.

Thiru K.V.Rama Moorthy

He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (agriculture) from Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University, Hyderabad and is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

He holds more than 41 years of experience in various capacities in banking across the Country and overseas. He has worked with two public sector Banks viz. Bank of Baroda and United Bank of India. He was appointed as Executive Director in Bank of Baroda. His last assignment with Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited as MD & CEO of the Bank.

He is a highly analytical decision-maker with extensive experience in team building, turning around and operational aspects, along with proven history of increasing productivity in terms of business and employee development.

He is a Seasoned executive with in-depth understanding of emerging technologies which reach out to masses, catering to rural segments, and their commercial applications.

Thiru R.Deepak Shankar

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. After completion of MBA, he has spent his time in expanding his family business of Manufacturing of poly bags & safety matches. He holds 19 years of extensive experience in SSI / MSME sector. He is also a Director in Thangarathinam Poly Print Private Limited.

Tmt. R.Kanagavalli

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and she is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is a practicing Company Secretary, since 2006. She is having 18 years of experience in Company Law such as incorporation of Companies, filling of returns with Registrar of Companies, issuing search reports on various matters and Secretarial Compliance for Companies and LLPs.

Thiru. A.Shidambaranathan

Shri. A.Shidambaranathan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He is a practicing Chartered Accountant from 1987 to December 2018 and from December 2021 since then. He is having experience in handling internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits, audits of NBFCs, NGOs and trusts, bank statutory branch audits, concurrent audits, revenue audits and stock audits. He is also having experience in handling Company Law matters like incorporation of companies, filing of returns with ROC, issuing search reports to bank, etc.,

Further, he has served as an Independent Director of this Bank for the period from October 2011 to December 2018.

Thiru. S.R.Aravind Kumar

He is a seasoned professional who holds a Degree in Engineering (B.E.) and an MBA graduate specialized in Marketing. He belongs to well-known business family and having strong background in IT and marketing. He is successfully managing dealership businesses of several well-known FMCG brands.

He was the former Director of the Bank from November 2009 to October 2017.

Thiru. R.Kodeeswaran

He is a postgraduate in commerce. He belongs to well-known business house i.e. VVD and Sons Private Limited, a company engaged in manufacturing and trading of FMCG products. He has vast experience in managing diversified business portfolios and divisions, including shipping business. Currently, he is a Director in VVD and Sons Private Limited and leading the export division of the Company including expansion of business. He also holds post of president in Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Thoothukudi, a Section 8 Company.
