Nature of advance:

For working capital purpose –

• Overdraft - Running Account
• Overdraft (Reducing Balance)
• Working Capital Term Loan / Working Capital Demand Loan.

Term Loan/ Demand Loan (for capex related to the own trading activity)

Amount:

• Minimum Loan Amount: Above ₹ 0.50 Crore
• Maximum Loan Amount: ₹ 5.00 Crore

Margin :

• For Term Loan 10% to 40%

Repayment:

• Varies from 84 MI to 120 MI

Security :

• Primary: Term Loan (capex purpose) – Assets created out of the loan proceeds
• Collateral: Properties with value not less than 134% of the loan amount.
